Greetings Teak Place Estate Family and Friends,
It’s been a great start to 2022 with our first project well underway in Wagon Ridge. We are extremely excited about this next project, and it is promised to be a real piece of art. This home features intricate concrete details, water features and roof top gardens honouring the natural surrounding textures and colours. Keep an eye on our social media and blogs for updates and progress as we watch this home come alive.
Our residents seem to be enjoying their time on the Estate and everything it has to offer. We have thoroughly enjoyed receiving photos and feedback from our residents who are soaking up every bit of their summer days on the Estate. A day in the life of a Teak Place Estate Resident:
We hosted our very first Teak Trail Dash in collaboration with Wanna Do Events and what a success it was. Trail runners were treated with a break in the rainy weather and got to experience running and walking through the Estate. The lushes green pastures were glistening in the early morning sun with the birds and sound of running water along the stream provide much needed motivation. The Zebra and Impala made an appearance along the route and participants ended their run through the beautiful Jodev Veggie Garden showcasing all the wonderful work that is being done there. Each runner was handed a beautiful sunflower at the end of the race which made for a very bright and colourful finish.
You may recall in our previous blogs that we gave some of our key recreational areas around the Estate a facelift. These have really been great value adds for the Estate and make for the perfect spot for family and friends to get together and celebrate.
